KALAGNY is excited to explore a new venue this year. Suite 36 is located at 16 West 36th Street, NYC.
Come join us for 2 hours of open bar (featuring beer, wine and limited well drinks) and food platters.

Space is limited and will be first come first served with priority given to KALAGNY dues-paid members. RSVP is required. We will not admit anyone at the door without a confirmed RSVP. Admission is complimentary for KALAGNY dues-paid members. All others, a prepaid admission fee of $30.00 is required. You will be contacted by separate email after you RSVP and after we confirm your membership status.

KAAGNY Seeking Nominations for "The Person of the Year" Award

The Korean American Association of Greater New York (KAAGNY) is now accepting nominations for
"The Person of the Year" award.  Nominees who are not selected for this award will be considered for several other awards, if applicable.  The award will be presented on KAAGNY's Korean Night on January 13, 2015 (National Korean American Day), which will be held at Queens College's Colden Center.

Congresswoman Meng Calls for Korean-American Day in NYC

U.S. Rep. Grace Meng (D-Queens) recently voiced her support for a resolution to commemorate January 13th as Korean-American Day in New York City, by providing written testimony for a hearing heldby the NYC Council Committee on Cultural Affairs.

NAPABA Law Foundation Community Law Fellowship 2015-2017

Application Deadline - December 31, 2014

The NAPABA Law Foundation Community Law Fellowship Program was launched in 2004 to address the need for attorneys working on behalf of the Asian Pacific American populations. Recognizing that many obstacles prevent committed attorneys from practicing public interest law, including the shortage of entry-level jobs, the NLF Community Law Fellowship provides an opportunity for a new attorney to gain substantive experience at a nonprofit national or community-based organization during the two-year Fellowship period.
