Karen Korematsu, Founder & Executive Director of the Fred T. Korematsu Institute of San Francisco will join Dean Lopez for a 50-minute fireside chat in the Baker Courtroom, on Tuesday, April 21, from 12:10 to 1:00 PM. This event is open to the public, and pizza will be provided for lunch.


Co-Dean David Lopez will be joined by Karen Korematsu, daughter of Fred Korematsu and Founder/Executive Director of the Fred T. Korematsu Institute of San Francisco. They will be conversing about the importance of Korematsu v. United States and its relevance to racial equity, social justice, and human rights today.
