KALAGNY's 2022-2023 Mentorship Program

The Korean American Lawyers Association of Greater New York ("KALAGNY") is pleased to announce its 2022-2023 KALAGNY Mentorship Program. This will be the fourteenth annual edition of this program, and it has become a model for several similar programs around the United States.

Our Network

The Mentorship Program has steadily grown each year since its inception, from about 55 participants in 2009-2010 to over 200 participants today.  Our mentors include judges, prosecutors, in-house attorneys, public interest attorneys, lawyers from large, medium and small firms and solo practitioners.  Our mentees have included law students from every law school in the greater New York area and young attorneys in a variety of practices.

Our Philosophy and Approach

Our program is designed to provide law students and new attorneys access to a broad network of attorneys who have volunteered their time to share their wisdom and insight into the day to day practice of law and broader career issues and goals.

If you would like more information about our program, please email mentorship.kalagny@gmail.com.
